Goose-Flesh was founded in 1994 by a couple of local highschool hero's in Barneveld. In the very first days the band existed of different members. But right from the start Goose-Flesh wrote en performed mostly their own music. It was not untill 1996 a stable group of five musicians (with three original members: Luuk, Bas and Jordan) started to devellop their own musical style. In this same year Goose-Flesh won the first price in a local bandcontest called "Het Krakende Ei"  in Barneveld. Sadly drummer Guido lost his life in a terrible accident in november 1998. It was then unanimously decided by the rest of the members to break up the band.
